The OptiCon Network Manager utilizes a Microsoft Windows Operating System with simple, icon-driven toolbars.  MapInfo Professional GIS software is the primary graphical user interface while an Oracle relational database stores and manages all the network data.  This open architecture allows OptiCon to be easily integrated with existing business critical systems and databases.
