services to ensure all software and hardware are properly
installed and configured for the OptiCon application. Using
our expertise results in faster and more reliable
installations of the OptiCon solution. Installations are
customized to meet your specific needs and are based on
quantity, type, location and access method of users. OptiCon
software upgrades are also automated and can be performed from
a single, remote location to minimize maintenance
efforts.
Training
Services
Various
training courses are conducted by OptiCon Systems to ensure
all users can effectively use the system when needed. Basic
Usage Training teaches users how to navigate, model a network
and access data within the OptiCon Network Manager. Specific
User Training teaches more advanced functions of the OptiCon
application as they relate to your specific network, processes
and implementation. Advanced User Training is developed
jointly with customers to meet specific objectives and is
usually taught in conjunction with Customization Services.
Training courses are taught at customer locations, OptiCon
Systems’ offices or via the internet.
Support Services
From
pre-sales customer service to post-sales technical support,
OptiCon Systems strives to provide our customers with the best
support services possible. For technical assistance, the
OptiCon Network Manager Reference Guide or on-line help
features can answer many basic questions. When more detailed
information is required, OptiCon experts can be contacted via
telephone or e-mail for additional technical support. We can
also provide interactive, web-based support when needed.
